• Signed waivers and, where required, a photo ID used to verify a waiver signer's identity.
• Family member information (name, date of birth, relationship) if you add family members to your account.

This information is used to process your order, issue and validate tickets, verify waivers, and communicate with you about your order or upcoming events. We may also use photos or video taken on the premises for promotional purposes, as described in our checkout terms.

We don't sell your personal information. It may be shared with service providers who help us run this platform (for example, payment processing and ticket/waiver delivery), or as required by law.

Platform-wide terms

Raceterrain is the ticketing and event-management platform this facility runs on, and is operated by Chicken Shine. Chicken Shine is also the registered sender ("Brand") for any text messages sent through this platform.

What Raceterrain collects and how it's used

• Account information -- name, email, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), for anyone who creates an account to buy tickets or manage family members.
• Order and ticket data -- tickets purchased, waiver signatures, and any family member information provided, so tickets can be issued and validated at the gate.
• Payment information -- handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Raceterrain never sees or stores full card numbers.
• Phone number and SMS consent -- if you check the box at checkout to receive your tickets by text, your phone number and that consent are recorded and used to text you your tickets and other important account or order information.
• Basic request logs -- IP address, timestamp, and page requested, kept for security and reliability.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messages

If you opt in to receive tickets or account information by text, message frequency depends on your own order and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
