Cancellation Policy

Effective 1 January 2018

Due to the amount of no shows for reservations our policy has changed. You will be required to provide a

Credit Card number to reserve a Cabin or Campsite, our cancellation policy is as follows you must call or come by the office to cancel your reservation;

Cancellation Policy:

Non-Event Weekend: All cancellations must be called in 7 days prior before the reservation is scheduled. If no call or no show, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Event Weekend: All cancellations must be called in 14 days prior to the reservation. If no call or no show, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: On non-event weekends, your cancellation fee will be equivalent to half of 1 nights stay. On event weekends, any cancellation made after the 14 day cutoff, will result in you still being charged in full for the amount of reservation on an event weekend unless the accommodations can be re -rented before the event.

No Shows will be charged full amount of reservation.

There will not be any refunds given if you pay in advance. You will be given an In-House credit towards any future rides or purchases.
